Benefits What is important to our employees is important to us. Color offers a comprehensive benefit package to all its eligible employees including: Medical Insurance - Our health insurance plan is offered at competitive rates through Blue Cross Blue Shield. Our Massachusetts employees may enroll in our HMO Plan and our out of state employees may enroll in our PPO Plan. Vacation Benefit - Vacation time off with pay is available to full-time employees to provide opportunities for rest, relaxation, and personal pursuits. The amount of paid vacation time employees receive each year increases with the length of their employment. Holidays - Color will grant (9) paid holidays to full-time employees. Sick Leave - Color provides paid sick leave benefits to all full-time employees for periods of temporary absence due to illness or injuries. Eligible employees will accrue sick leave benefits at the rate of 10 days per year. Employee Discount - Every employee is eligible to use a 40% discount on store merchandise Free Shirt Program - Each employee may receive five garments (up to a $20.00 retail value each) and two garments (up to a $40.00 retail value each) every year of employment. Bonus Program - Color offers several incentive programs for employees. These programs include weekly contests, monthly inventory, and sale of the month bonuses 401 (k) Retirement Savings Plan - All eligible employees may participate in the 401 (k) Plan after their first year of service. The Plan's administrator offers a toll-free telephone number and internet access, which enables participants to complete most transactions on their own. Flexible Spending Account Plan (FSA ) - The FSA allows eligible employees to use pre-tax dollars for the reimbursement of health care expenses and/or dependent care expenses of otherwise after-tax expenses. Dental - Color provides eligible employees with a company sponsored dental reimbursement program. |
